Project "Safe e-school" aims to provide safe electronic school solutions which helps to fulfill the needs of modern schools and contributes to successful work.

PROJECTS POSSIBILITIES:

For teachers no longer need to fill Gradebooks - all information about students excellence and attendance now are in e-diary;

Parents all time can monitor them child attendance, grades and other information. They even can monitor what child ate at canteen;

Students things and money are safe all the time;

Now for students enough only one card, which will be key to school, key from catchall also you can use it like reader card at library and like wallet to pay at canteen.

With that system you will use simplified books search and distribution. Also it helps to see time when books should be return back and inform students about it.

E-CAFETERIA SYSTEM

• System simplified creation of menu and parents can check what their children bought;

• School administration can simply generate reports and control payments for free meals.

PAYMENT SYSTEM

• Convenient payment system, simplified payment for meal at school. Cash is no longer needed, because of that reducing the social exclusion of disadvantaged students.

• System let monitor payments and prepare reports for parents, how children use them money.

  ACCESS CONTOL

• Ensures that to institution can come only personnel and school achievers.

• System account staffs working time, keeps information about students' arrival and departure times at school.

AREAS AND ASSET PROTECTION

• Video surveillance system are connected to central monitoring station.

ROOM RENT SYSTEM

After introduction of all information about room renting in system, information automatically placed in diary system and are visible to all visitors. Clients can see renting room photos and also pay rental by bank.
